Trybe App is a service of Trybe.app, Inc. We will provide a convenient way for borrowers and lenders enrolled with Us to transfer money between each other. We provide no deposit account or other financial services. Depository services will be provided by licensed and registered partner depository institutions.
The transfer services we will offer are intended to send money to friends, family, and others You trust. You should not use Our Service to transfer money to recipients you do not trust.
Pre-Launch Notice
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT. THE SERVICE MAY NOT BE FULLY FUNCTIONAL, AND MANY OF THE FEATURES OF THE SERVICE ARE NOT YET AVAILABLE. THESE INCLUDE FIRST RESPONSE AND EXTENDLEND. Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the agreement governing the promotion controls.

Early Supporter Perks
The Early Supporter Perks include:
To participate in the Early Supporter Perks, You must meet the following requirements: (1) be one of the first 4,000 people on the waitlist; (2) accept the invitation to the beta program; (3) verify any information required to establish an account; (4) create a Trybe App account; and (5) use any transfer services feature of the Trybe App (e.g., make a deposit, lend money, receive a loan).
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
